Scientia Vascular, now part of Medtronic, seeks a manufacturing support professional to assist in production equipment setup, validation, documentation, and process improvements. The role involves collaborating with engineers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving lean initiatives to optimize operations.

The position emphasizes problem-solving, communication skills, and experience with CAD tools like SolidWorks, with a focus on efficient, compliant manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering technology or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• Experience using CAD software (SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily manufacturing support.
• Assist engineers with equipment validation, component drawings, and BOMs.
• Assist with development of specifications, procurement, build, documentation, validation and training on automated manufacturing equipment.
• Comply with FDA and international regulatory standards.
• Implement lean systems and cost-saving improvements.
• Interface with production to troubleshoot problems and improve processes.
