Job summary

Confluent Medical Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I for 2nd shift to support production planning, inventory control, and continuous improvement on multiple products. You will contribute to efficiency and on-time delivery in a fast-paced setting.

The role involves CNC programming, setup of semi- automated wire winding, heat treatment development, and a range of manufacturing tasks. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years in medical devices or Nitinol processing.
• Experience with CNC programming and CAM is preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
• Able to operate CNC/multi-axis equipment and winding systems.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate semi- automated wire winding system.
• Develop heat treatment processes and wire unwinding methods.
• Conduct experiments, record procedures and data, and document results.
• Assist engineers with troubleshooting and debugging of equipment.
• Execute in-process and product release testing.
