Job summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner helping brands design, build and deliver innovative products. The Automation-focused role supports, troubleshoots, and optimizes automated injection molding systems within a regulated medical manufacturing environment.

You will design and implement automation solutions, program Wittmann and Yushin robots, lead improvement projects, and collaborate across Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to boost uptime, OEE, and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in manufacturing automation or robotics.
• Experience with injection molding automation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Program and support Wittmann and Yushin robotic systems.
• Lead automation improvement projects to reduce downtime and improve OEE.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and cost.
