A leading device manufacturing company is seeking an Automation Engineer to support UV-C and catheter manufacturing operations. This on-site role is located in New Jersey. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing manufacturing systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in PLC programming and experience with various manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
• Knowledge of machine vision systems and sensors.
• Knowledge of FDA, GMP, or ISO standards.
• Experience with injection molding machines, mold design principles, and materials.
• Knowledge of machining processes for tool fabrication.
• Familiarity with GD&T and dimensional inspection tools.
• Proficiency in HMI/SCADA systems and motion control systems.
• Understanding of industrial electrical systems, schematics, and panel design.
