Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or Doctoral degree with related experience.
- Hands-on PLC and HMI programming/troubleshooting (Rockwell RSLogix-5000, FactoryTalk).
- Experience with Cognex In-Sight/ VisionPro and standard IEC 61131-3 PLC software.
Responsibilities
- Design, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC/HMI control systems for automated manufacturing equipment.
- Implement and integrate vision inspection systems (Cognex In-Sight, VisionPro).
- Support system commissioning, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), equipment upgrades, and troubleshooting.
