Job summary

B. Braun Medical, Inc. in Allentown, PA is hiring for an entry-level assembler role in Production. You will assemble, package, and inspect medical devices, follow procedures, and operate production equipment on a 5x8 schedule with overtime on Saturdays.

The job requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year related experience or PBS training; strong fine motor skills, hand dexterity, basic math, and good teamwork are preferred. This onsite role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of related experience OR completion of PBS requirements and successful assessment at the appropriate level.
• Applicable industry or professional certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture products according to specifications and schedules, while meeting volume, cost, waste, and quality targets.
• Operates machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Monitors product quality to identify, discard, or rework non-conforming products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records to support performance tracking and analysis.
• Ability to work a non-standard schedule as needed.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
