You will follow procedures, operate production equipment safely, monitor quality, and maintain production records. The job requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1+ year of related experience or PBS qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of related experience OR completion of PBS requirements and successful assessment at the appropriate level.
• Applicable industry or professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture products according to specifications and schedules, while meeting volume, cost, waste, and quality targets.
• Operates machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Monitors product quality to identify, discard, or rework non-conforming products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records to support performance tracking and analysis.
• Ability to work a non-standard schedule as needed.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
