Cordis is seeking an entry-level production teammate in Florida to help assemble medical device components under close supervision. You will follow verbal and written instructions, perform basic and semi-complex assembly steps, operate equipment, and maintain documentation, while adhering to health, safety, and ISO/QSR standards.

Training provided. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and read measurements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Willing to work varying shifts and overtime.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Must complete required training.
• Ability to use measuring devices (ruler, calipers, micrometers).
• Familiarity with regulatory (QSR, ISO) requirements.

Responsabilités

• Produce medical components and subassemblies under supervision.
• Assemble components per approved standards and procedures.
• Operate and set up production equipment as directed.
• Maintain documentation and logbooks.
• Report problems to supervisor or engineer.
• Perform stock/kanban transactions and enter lot info.
