Job summary

Cordis is seeking an experienced manufacturing assembler to join our production team. You will perform mass production of medical device components, including catheters and extrusion parts, following SOPs and working across multiple stations as models change on the line.

The role requires operating and maintaining complex equipment, passing visual/quality checks, and documenting results. You will train newer teammates and help improve line efficiency and safety on every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read/interpret complex engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products per SOPs on the production line.
• Set up, adjust, operate, and clean complex machines.
• Perform self-inspection and quality inspections.
• Record manufacturing documentation and logs.
• Train and mentor less-experienced teammates.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow procedures.
