Job summary

Cordis, LLC is seeking an entry-level Production Associate to support the assembly of medical components and subassemblies. You will work under close supervision to build components, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role entails following procedures, performing start-up tasks, and moving between stations as production needs require. Training on health, safety, and environmental policies is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs simple to semi‑complex tasks in the preparation for medical device assembly.
• Places parts in specified relationship to each other per written documentation.
• Assembles components according to approved standards and procedures.
• Reads and follows procedures to assemble, start‑up, and operate production equipment.
• Performs moderately complex set‑ups, adjustments, operates, maintains, and cleans machines for assembly.
• Works at different workstations as production needs require.
• Performs moderately complex first piece inspections using simple test equipment.
• Accurately records and completes manufacturing documentation, i.e., logbooks.
• Communicates problems to supervisor, technician, or engineer.
• Performs stock/kanban transactions and enters lot information into computer/terminal.
• Has completed basic production, health, safety, and environmental hazard training courses.

• Must be able to perform job functions while walking and/or standing up to 100% of the time during a shift.
