Job summary

Quality Electrodynamics, LLC is seeking assemblers for on-site roles in Mayfield Village. You will read detailed work instructions, assemble medical device components, and maintain strict quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn and grow in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical device components and subassemblies according to detailed work instructions.
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects and document findings.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment to comply with safety standards.
• Collaborate with QA and engineering to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
• Accurately document production activities including steps and non-conformances.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
• Can reliably commute to Mayfield Village.
• Basic understanding of/ability to learn mechanical assembly processes and hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and learn technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to comply with safety and quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Assemble medical device components and subassemblies according to detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects or deviations, documenting findings and escalating issues as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with regulatory and company safety standards.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve assembly issues and implement process improvements.
• Accurately document production activities, including assembly steps, inspections, and any non-conformances.
