Job summary

ADP in Mayfield Village is seeking diligent assemblers to read detailed work instructions and assemble medical device components and subassemblies.

You will inspect parts, document findings, and collaborate with QA and engineering to resolve issues. A high school diploma and reliable commute are required; training is provided to learn the electronics assembly skills, with core hours from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Legally able to work in the United States.
  • Able to reliably commute to Mayfield Village.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical assembly processes and hand tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and learn technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Willingness to comply with safety and quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble medical device components and subassemblies according to detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Inspect parts and finished products for defects or deviations, documenting findings and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with regulatory and company safety standards.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve assembly issues and implement process improvements.
  • Accurately document production activities, including assembly steps, inspections, and any non-conformances.
