Job Details:

• Job Title: Heart Valve Assembler I, II, III, IV
• Experience: Candidates with medical device assembly experience or a comparable background are preferred. Must have professional SUTURE/SEWING experience.
• Location: Local candidates only (must live in Orange County)
• Job Type: On-site, Full-time: M-F 8:30AM - 5:30PM
• Pay: Starts at $20-36 per hour DOE

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble production heart valves with quality standards.
• Work in a cleanroom environment.
• Operate manufacturing, testing, and inspection equipment.
• Handle equipment, fixtures, tools, and chemicals safely.
• Interpret GMPs or SOPs accurately.
• Provide updates to team and supervisor, escalate issues when necessary.
• Suggest improvements for processes and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with Quality System procedures and company policies.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• High school diploma or higher
• English proficiency

Skills:

• Must have professional suturing experience
• Medical device assembly experience is a plus
• Team-oriented with a professional attitude
• Ability to work independently following detailed instructions
