Job summary

Branch Medical Group, a subsidiary of Globus Medical, specializes in implants and instrumentation for spinal and orthopedic needs. As an Assembler, you will visually inspect, deburr, and assemble small machined components in a fast-paced environment using precision tools and microscopy.

You will document quality checks and follow GMP, 5S, and Lean principles daily. The role requires high attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and the discipline to ensure compliance with both US

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Familiarity with GMP environment and reading BPMs/drawings.
• Experience with medical device manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow blueprints, traveler, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspects machined components using a stereo-microscope.
• Measures and inspects products per specifications.
• Assembles sub-components into finished assemblies per procedures.
• Uses deburring knives, files, and pneumatic tools to remove burrs.
• Ensures quality documentation and inspection sheets are accurate.
• Adheres to GMP, Lean, 5S and company directives daily.
• Complies with Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
