Qualifications

• High School diploma and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of medical device industry.
• Experience in lean manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to lead and train teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily work direction for personnel.
• Assist the supervisor in action plans to achieve goals.
• Coach, train, motivate, and enhance morale of personnel.
• Ensure personnel follow procedures and understand support systems.
• Provide feedback for performance appraisals and coaching.
• Ensure training records for new personnel are completed.
• Liaise with engineering, technicians, and management.
• Act as supervisor when needed and promote safety policies.
• Maintain quality and adhere to manufacturing process requirements.
• Plan resources and meet production schedules.
• Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Drive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and required paperwork.
• Keep area clean and organized.
