Qualifications

• Read and follow written procedures at a 7th grade level.
• Ability to use electronic data collection systems and computer software.
• Ability to prioritize work by sequencing and timing.
• Ability to handle and maneuver small components.
• Ability to make critical decisions with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to use a microscope for 50%–90% of the workday.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job documentation for cell operations is accurate and up to date.
• Troubleshoot and communicate issues clearly to manufacturing management.
• Represent the company positively during tours and adhere to policies.
• Maintain safety practices and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform routine/preventive maintenance on equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Keep accurate records so all parts are traceable and quality issues are addressed.
