Job summary

Gore is seeking a Divisional Manufacturing Operator in Flagstaff, AZ, for the Day Shift, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Thursday, to manufacture medical devices.

You will set up and operate production equipment, assemble materials per SOPs, enter data into the tracking system, and collaborate across functions to improve processes. Medical, dental and vision benefits start on Day 1, plus stock ownership and profit-sharing programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated, consistent work experience.
• Able to perform data collection/computer entry and basic math.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Able to adapt to change and work independently with attention to detail.
• Demonstrates continuous improvement mindset.
• Fine motor skills with dexterity and a pass of dexterity pre-screen.
• Able to pass visual acuity tests (20/20).
• Follows SOPs and works in a clean-room environment.

Responsibilities
