The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing/assembly, experience handling small parts under magnification, and familiarity with GMP/ISO procedures. The role offers a stable daytime schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or R&D technician experience.
• Experience with small components and precision assembly.
• Medical device, cleanroom, or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small, intricate medical device components using manual and semi-automated equipment.
• Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and manufacturing procedures.
• Operate basic manufacturing and inspection equipment in a laboratory or cleanroom setting.
• Record production data, observations, and build results.
• Assist with equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support product development and manufacturing builds.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality standards.
