Job summary

Manpower, Inc. in Minnesota is hiring a Medical Assembler/Packager to operate production equipment, assemble and package medical devices in a Clean Room, following FDA/ISO and Safety regulations.

The role runs 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay range of $19.00-$23.00 per hour DOE and a temp-to-hire pathway. You will package and perform assembly per SOPs, operate pouch sealers and printers, perform quality inspections, and maintain production records while ensuring sterile, compliant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years Medical Device, Pharma, or other regulated experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods in a cleanroom environment.
• Dexterity with fine motor skills for assembly operations.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Ability to use basic measurement equipment (scales, rulers, etc.).
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Package and perform some assembly of medical devices according to SOPs in a cleanroom.
• Operate basic production equipment such as pouch sealers and printers.
• Perform quality inspections to meet regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485) and identify defects.
• Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment to sterilization.
• Maintain sterile cleanroom environment by gowning, sanitation, and contamination prevention.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, and electronic documentation.
