Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Medical Assembler for the St. Paul, MN area. This on-site role runs Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm, with a pay rate of $18.75 per hour. The position involves routine assembly, documentation accuracy, and communication across manufacturing teams.

Safety adherence and continuous improvement participation are emphasized. OT on Fridays/Saturdays may be required based on business needs. The successful candidate will handle small components, use microscopes as needed, and maintain

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures at a 7th grade level.
• Understand and follow verbal instructions at a 7th grade level.
• Familiarity with electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.
• Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts.
• Capable of making critical decisions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use a microscope for a significant portion of the shift.
• 1/2 year of experience in medical or regulated production environments is preferred.
• Previous medical device manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision performing routine and repetitive assembly operations.
• Ensure relevant job documentation for cell operations is accurate and up to date.
• Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions to manufacturing management in writing and verbally.
• Maintain a positive attitude with internal and external customers during tours.
• Follow safety guidelines and use safety devices.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance processes.
• Perform routine/preventative maintenance on equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate traveler and quality records so parts are traceable and issues are addressed.
