Job summary

Nissha Medical Technologies is seeking a Medical Device Assembler to join the 2nd shift in Buffalo, NY. You will set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce medical device components per strict specifications.

The role emphasizes high manual dexterity, attention to detail, and teamwork in a clean room environment. Competitive hourly pay plus shift differential and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and shut down manufacturing equipment.
• Assemble medical device sub-assemblies and finished products per work instructions.
• Perform material and job changeovers.
• Conduct required testing and inspections.
• Cross-train and support other manufacturing areas, including the Clean Room.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete production orders efficiently.
• Maintain quality documentation and production records.
• Monitor and maintain accurate raw material and component inventories.
• Follow GMP, gowning, housekeeping, and documentation procedures.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.

What You Will Do

Nissha Medical Technologies is looking for a Medical Device Assembler to join our 2 nd shift team! This position is responsible for the setup, manufacturing and preparation of products for shipment according to Nissha Medical Technologies’ specifications for medical devices.

• Set up, operate, and shut down manufacturing equipment.
• Assemble medical device sub-assemblies and finished products following work instructions.
• Perform material and job changeovers.
• Conduct required testing and inspections.
• Cross-train and support other manufacturing areas, including the Clean Room.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete production orders efficiently.
• Maintain quality documentation and production records.
• Monitor and maintain accurate raw material and component inventories.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), gowning, housekeeping, and documentation procedures.
• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Core Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of manufacturing experience preferred.

• Comfortable working in a clean room setting.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $17.75-$19.75 per hour plus a $2.50/hour shift differential. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
