MedSpeed is seeking a Medical Driver in Elmhurst to join a nationwide healthcare logistics team. The role involves driving a company-owned vehicle Monday–Friday, delivering lab specimens, medical records, and supplies while maintaining professional client interactions.

Ideal candidates are 19+, have a valid license for 3+ years, and can pass drug/background checks. The position includes scheduling consistency, safety training, and benefits typical of a healthcare logistics company.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and learn company routes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drug and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, and other materials in a company-owned vehicle.
• Operate a handheld scanner to track items throughout the transport cycle.
• Load and unload items, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Demonstrate safe driving, professional appearance, and responsive client service.
• Route duties vary by client and may change; teamwork and adaptability are essential.
