Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Ability to follow procedures closely and adapt to routes.
• Must be 19+ with an active driver's license for 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
• Comfortable on long drives in varying weather conditions.
• Familiarity with technology and scanning devices.
• Able to pass initial drug and alcohol screens.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company-owned vehicle to transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, and related materials.
• Use a hand-held scanner to track items through the transport cycle.
• Observe policies, procedures, and service schedules consistently.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload items with appropriate equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior at all times.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and keep the vehicle clean.
• Adapt to route changes based on client needs and business requirements.
• Collaborate with teammates and clients to deliver on commitments.
• Support a collaborative MedSpeed team culture.
