MedSpeed is seeking a Logistics Service Representative/Medical Driver in Lincolnton, NC, with a full-time schedule Mon–Fri, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM, earning $18.00/hr. The role involves safely transporting lab specimens, medical records, and supplies in a company vehicle, with routine route coverage across Cleveland, Lincoln, and Mecklenburg Counties.

The job requires a valid driver’s license (3+ years), strong customer service skills, dependability, and the ability to pass screenings.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated dependability and reliability.
• Familiarity with technology and scanning devices.
• Ability to follow procedures closely and safely.
• Ability to determine efficient routing between multiple points.
• Ability to pass initial and random drug & alcohol screens.
• Must have an excellent driving history.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination depending on location.
• Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-owned vehicle to transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x‑rays and supplies.
• Operate a handheld scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Route duties may vary and span all assigned routes.
• Demonstrate teamwork and adapt to client needs; contribute to a collaborative MedSpeed culture.
