This employee performs routine delivery of oxygen and equipment in a professional, safe, and timely manner. Responsibilities include accurate recordkeeping, excellent customer service, and adherence to DOT/FDA/OSHA/company safety standards.

Job Responsibilities

1. Make oxygen deliveries (liquid oxygen, cylinder, and concentrator) and equipment checks on a daily route as determined by customer base and routing system.
   • Deliveries may include refilling reservoirs with liquid oxygen from a truck mounted tank.
2. Perform minor equipment repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment both in the facility and at the center.
   • For repairs requiring more than minor work, equipment is to be packaged for shipment to the manufacturer or their designee.
   • Responsible for equipment maintenance per manufacturer’s schedule.
3. Maintain company vehicle in a clean and orderly manner.
   • Make daily inspections and complete proper paperwork.
   • Maintain established preventative maintenance schedule.
4. Clean rental equipment when returned in accordance with policies and procedures.
   • Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse/storage area.
5. Follow FDA guidelines pertaining to cylinder tracking and oxygen analyzer testing.
6. Follow policies in the operations manual and training manuals, including those in the Safety & Regulatory manual regarding General Safety, OSHA (including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment), DOT (including adherence to Vehicle Safety Disciplinary Policy), FDA, and Emergency Planning.
7. Work as on-call service representative evenings and weekends as scheduled.
   • Frequency depends on center size and staffing.
   • Must respond promptly and record information on Service Call Report.
8. May serve as a backup to other employees.
9. Complete tablet work related to inventory management.
