About The Role

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.

How You Will Contribute
  • You will answer phones, greet donors, and focus on their safety and the safety of our team.
  • You will screen donors, record vital signs, and finger stick results.
  • You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
  • You will identify operational opportunities for improvement and initiate process changes following company procedures.
  • You will work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support donors.
What You Bring To Takeda
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for entire shifts.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach.
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasionally up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor skills, depth perception, and hearing ability.
  • Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
  • Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Compensation and Benefits
