Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Service Representative to join our Riverside, CA team. The role focuses on pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens and lab supplies, with duties spanning daily routes and customer service to clients in the area.

Eligible candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years old; first-rate time management, attention to detail, and strong communication are essential to ensure timely pickups and compliant transport of specimens.

Qualifications

• No experience or education required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months or more experience as driver or medical courier preferred.
• 6 months or more experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover routes within Chula Vista, San Diego, San Ysidro, Bonita, National City.
• Load all necessary supplies for daily pickups.
• Complete daily pickup schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver daily pickups to your branch at end of shift.
• Handle all specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.
• Safely operate company vehicle and obey traffic laws.
• Use handheld device to manage daily pickups.
• Coordinate with dispatcher for additional pickups as needed.
• Assess traffic, detours, and weather to optimize routes.
