Labcorp is seeking a Service Representative to support daily pickups and deliveries from Riverside, CA. The role includes load and deliver of specimens, safe handling, and direct work with dispatchers to optimize routes.

Responsibilities

• Cover multiple routes within Chula Vista, San Diego, San Ysidro, Bonita, National City.
• Load daily supplies for pickups and deliver to branch.
• Prepare and complete daily pickup schedule.
• Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.
• Operate company vehicle and comply with traffic laws.
• Use handheld device to manage pickups and communicate with dispatcher.
• Assess traffic patterns and routes to optimize scheduling.
• Coordinate additional pickups as needed with dispatcher.
• Maintain accuracy in daily tasks and vehicle readiness.

Service Representative – 2111 Iowa Ave Riverside, CA

Work Schedule: Sun , Mon, Tues, Fri 8:30am- 5:00pm, Sat- Sun 10:00am- 6:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Coverage for various routes within Chula Vista, San Diego, San Ysidro, Bonita, National City.
• Load all necessary supplies needed for the daily pickups
• Complete daily pick up schedule in a timely manner
• Deliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shift
• Handle all specimens and lab samples in safe and efficient manner
• Safely operate company vehicle and obey all traffic laws
• Utilize handheld electronic device to manage daily picks up
• Work directly with dispatcher for additional pick-ups as needed
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes and weather conditions as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• No experience or education required

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months or more experience as driver or medical courier
• 6 months or more experiences Customer service

Additional Job Standards

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Be at least 21 years old
• Punctual with strong time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve customer issues
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Range: $17.75 - $26.12 per hour plus 2nd shift differentials
• In addition, for only $125 per month, you will have the option of taking this vehicle home with you and using it for personal use.
• Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
• Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
• Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
