Job summary

Rapid Medical is seeking a contract driver to support its logistics operations across multiple states, serving labs, clinics, and health systems. You will run a route with our driver app, record proof of delivery, and ensure proper handling of specimens at room, refrigerated, or frozen temps as required.

The position offers a $106 per day rate, with a $150 sign-on bonus after compliance and a bi-weekly pay cycle. Start times, days of work, and onboarding are provided to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications

• Must have a personal vehicle (2016+ preferred), valid license, active insurance, and satisfactory driving record (MVR).
• Smartphone with reliable data.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• 21+ years old.
• Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience a plus — not required.

Responsibilities

• Run stops using driver app with navigation, scheduling and real-time support.
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery via the app.
• Handle specimens carefully and maintain required temperatures.
• Contact dispatch immediately if anything is damaged or off.

Rate: $106

Sign-On Bonus $150

Days: Mon-Sun

Start Time: 9:00 PM

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route — mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
• Orientation bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Incentive: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

What Makes Someone Successful Here

Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.
