Job summary

Rapid Medical is seeking independent contractor drivers in Cobleskill, NY for route deliveries. The position offers an all-inclusive $68 per day rate, with an orientation/sign-on bonus of $150 and an incentive after 30 days with no call-offs.

Work Mon-Sun with start time 9:00 PM, and you may use your own vehicle for this contract role. You'll log pickups, photos, temperature requirements, and proof of delivery via our driver app, with dispatch support throughout the route.

Qualifications

• Must have a personal vehicle (2016+), valid license, active insurance, satisfactory driving record (MVR).
• Smartphone with reliable data plan (iOS 13+/Android 11+).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• 21+ years old.
• Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Run your stops using the driver app with navigation, scheduling, and real-time support.
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery through the app.
• Handle specimens carefully and maintain required temperatures (room, refrigerated, or frozen).
• Contact dispatch right away if anything looks damaged, improperly packaged, or off.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route — mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
• Orientation bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Incentive: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)
