Job summary

PAML a Labcorp company is seeking a Courier to join our team in Olympia, WA. This role handles pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens and lab supplies, using a company vehicle for the assigned route.

The position offers an evening schedule (Mon-Fri, 6:00 pm to 2:30 am) with possible overtime and weekend rotation, along with benefits and a vehicle-use option for personal use at a monthly fee.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months or more previous driver/courier experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Load all necessary supplies for daily pickups.
• Complete daily pickup schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver daily picks to the branch at end of shift.
• Handle all specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.
• Safely operate company vehicle and obey traffic laws.
• Use handheld device to manage daily pickups.
• Coordinate with dispatcher for additional pickups as needed.
• Assess traffic, routes, and weather conditions.

PAML a Labcorp company is seeking a Courier to join our team in Olympia, WA.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 6:00 pm to 2:30 am overtime and rotating weekends may be required

Job Responsibilities

• Load all necessary supplies needed for the daily pickups
• Complete daily pick up schedule in a timely manner
• Deliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shift
• Handle all specimens and lab samples in safe and efficient manner
• Safely operate company vehicle and obey all traffic laws
• Utilize handheld electronic device to manage daily picks up
• Work directly with dispatcher for additional pick‑ups as needed
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes and weather conditions as needed

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent 6 months or more previous driver/courier experience

PAML a LabCorp company is seeking a Courier to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport, and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients. Included with this position is a company vehicle that you will use for your assigned route. In addition, for only $125 per month, you will have the option of taking this vehicle home nightly and having it available for personal use.

Pay Range: $21.57 to $27.28 per hour plus 2nd shift Differential All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
