Location: Haverhill, MA - Outpatient Treatment Program
Pay rate: $18.50/ hour. Starting at $19.35/hour if phlebotomy certified
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 5:30a-2pm

The Medical Coordinator is responsible for:
- Greets clients in a professional, friendly manner
- Schedules all admission physicals for all new admissions
- Schedules all MD follow up appointments
- Responsible for sorting correspondence to the medical department including faxes and giving them to the appropriate medical or nursing personnel; faxing and mailing items for the nursing and medical staff as instructed
- Consistently arrives for work on time and adheres to the program's attendance policies
- Conduct toxicology screening in accordance with the program policy/procedure and regulatory frequency guidelines
- Orders, receives and stocks required inventory of medical supplies as directed
- Assists with same day admissions
- Complete PMP checks as a delegate when needed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience as receptionist in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Must have valid driver's license
- Minimum three years computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word is required
