Schweiger is seeking a Part-Time Medical Coordinator for their Brea Office. The role blends medical assistant and patient coordinator duties, providing clinical and front-office support to patients and providers.
Availability is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a flexible team environment. Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of dermatology or medical experience, proficiency with EMR and MS Office, and strong communication.

Part-Time Medical Coordinator at our Brea Office. The Medical Coordinator role supports clinical and administrative duties, with a focus on both Medical Assistant and Patient Coordinator functions. This role is responsible for performing the highest quality of clinical and front office responsibilities to support patients and providers. Previous healthcare experience is required. Schedule: Part time, less than 30 hours per week. Availability Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Open Flexibility to help cover in a team environment is needed.
This role is primarily office-based, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
