Job summary

Wolters Kluwer N.V. is seeking a Content Editing Associate to join our editorial team in a hybrid role with offices in multiple locations. The position values strong organization, communication, and proofreading skills; prior medical experience is not required.

You will work with physician deputy editors, manage relationships with external authors and reviewers, and carefully document content developments and workflows to ensure timely publication according to UpToDate style guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent proofreading, communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with one or two physician deputy editors to drive progress in an assigned medical specialty.
• Maintain frequent contact with external specialty authors, editors, and peer reviewers.
• Document content developments and workflows in the proper databases.
• Lead editorial meetings with DEs and review status of pending items and next steps.
