Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of medical collections experience is required.
• Ability to type at least 31-45 words per minute.
• Capable of reading and interpreting medical records.

Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies about past due bills.
• Enter EOBs into the system and research claims.
• Conduct follow-up on unpaid claims via phone and written communication.
