The role focuses on compliant coding, thesaurus maintenance, and collaboration with data management and regulatory teams to ensure accurate, reproducible results across trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Data Management, Health, or Computer Sciences.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, CRO or Biotech industry.
• Proven knowledge of MedDRA and WHODrug thesauri and dictionary encoding systems.
• Experience in a multi-functional environment with English communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and contributing to data coding activities to ensure compliance with standards.
• Executing end-to-end coding processes including specifications and reviews.
• Supporting delivery of accurate, reproducible coding of clinical trial data.
• Sharing coding knowledge with cross-functional partners.
• Addressing cross-functional coding inquiries and data issues.
• Participating in continuous improvement of coding tools and processes.
• Shaping the organization to improve reusability and efficiency.
• Maintaining global thesaurus and code lists, and dictionary encoding products.
