Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Medical Coder at Market Access Experts. The Medical Coder will run our hotline ensuring accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines. The role includes establishing our policies to ensure we maintain HIPAA compliance, appealing denials, reviewing medical records, abstracting information, and resolving any discrepancies in coding.

• Coding Experience
• Knowledge of Health Information Management and Medical Terminology
• Proficiency in Medical Coding
• Attention to detail and accuracy in assigning medical codes
