This position is responsible for reviewing clinical documentation, accurately assigning diagnosis and procedure codes, and ensuring compliance with payer guidelines and regulatory standards. The Medical Coder works closely with providers and revenue cycle teams to promote accurate documentation, reduce denials, and support timely reimbursement.
