Job summary

This role supports accurate billing, compliance, quality reporting, and risk adjustment by ensuring documentation is complete and properly coded for both commercial and Medicare populations.

The position requires 2–3 years of outpatient coding experience, CPC/CCS credentials, proficiency with EHR and coding

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of outpatient medical coding experience.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial payers.
• Certifications: CPC, CCS/CCS-P or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines.
• Strong understanding of CMS requirements for payer coding.
• Ability to discuss documentation with providers for clarification.
