Job summary

Sirtex Medical Limited in the United States is seeking an experienced operations professional to lead Medical and Clinical Affairs administration, including grants, budgets, and governance.

This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports physician training, contract management, and reporting to senior leadership, with a base salary range of 76k–110k plus a 5% bonus and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or program management.
• Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and administration for Medical and Clinical Affairs.
• Oversee end-to-end administration of educational grants, fellowship grants, and ISR programs, including intake, review, contracts, budgets, reconciliation, and closeout.
• Coordinate and support cross-functional governance committees and grant/proposal reviews.
• Partner with Medical Affairs leadership to track progress, manage deliverables, and provide status updates to senior leadership.
• Lead presentations and progress reports to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Oversee contract management and agreements for physicians and clinical studies.
• Manage departmental financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accruals, invoicing, and vendor oversight.
• Support physician training, evaluation, certification, and proctoring, including LMS updates.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful Medical/Clinical Affairs initiatives.
• Provide operational support for advisory boards, fellowships, research studies, publications, and documentation.
