LAUKOA seeks an experienced analyst to support Air Force medical CBRN programs, focusing on readiness, consequence management, and high-consequence disease planning. You will research threats, prepare briefings, and deliver decision-support products for leadership.

The role requires coordinating with Air Force offices, contributing to exercises, and supporting plan activities, training, and certifications to ensure mission readiness.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting CBRN operations intelligence, emergency preparedness, medical readiness, or consequence management.
• Familiarity with medical CBRN response and the National Incident Management System, Hospital Incident Command System, and Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program.
• Ability to translate intelligence and operational information into actionable recommendations.

POSITION SUMMARY

Provides operational intelligence analytical and planning support to AFMEDCOM medical CBRN programs Supports daily CBRN operations threat and intelligence analysis Integrated CONUS Medical Operations Plan activities High Consequence Infectious Disease considerations exercises and coordination with Air Force medical organizations and mission partners

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and analyze CBRN intelligence relevant to Air Force medical operations readiness and consequence managementProvide daily analytical and operational support to medical CBRN programsIdentify emerging CBRN threats operational concerns and potential impacts to medical response capabilitiesDevelop briefings assessments recommendations and decision support products for Government leadershipSupport Integrated CONUS Medical Operations Plan activities and High Consequence Infectious Disease planningCoordinate with Air Combat Command Air Mobility Command Surgeon General offices and other Air Force organizationsParticipate in CBRN exercises training assessments validation and capability certification activitiesSupport consequence management planning preparedness evaluations after action products and operational recommendations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience supporting CBRN operations intelligence emergency preparedness medical readiness or consequence managementFamiliarity with medical CBRN responseFamiliarity with the National Incident Management System Hospital Incident Command System and Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation ProgramStrong analytical research briefing and technical writing skillsAbility to translate intelligence and operational information into actionable recommendationsExperience coordinating across multiple organizations and managing changing priorities

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Education Bachelors degree in intelligence studies emergency management public health homeland security biologylife sciences military studies or a related field is preferred Relevant military intelligence emergency management or CBRN operational experience may be substituted for formal educationExperience Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CBRN operations intelligence analysis emergency preparedness medical readiness consequence management public health preparedness or military operational planning including demonstrated experience researching analyzing briefing and translating operational or threat information into actionable recommendationsHighly Desired Experience with National Incident Management System Hospital Incident Command System Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program High Consequence Infectious Disease planning Air Force medical operations or Jointinteragency CBRN exercises

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior Air Force Joint medical intelligence public health emergency management or CBRN operations experienceExperience with High Consequence Infectious Disease planning readiness assessments or interagency consequence management

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Primarily on site during normal duty hours; ad hoc telework is subject to Government approvalOccasional CONUS travel is required; overseas travel may become necessaryAnnual HIPAAPrivacy Act Cyber Awareness OPSEC and CUI training and a non disclosure agreement are required

Salary Range 115000 145000
