This is a work from home position requiring local field case management travel to cover the Portland, OR region.

Qualifications

• RN degree required
• National Certification such as CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRC preferred
• Prior Workers Compensation Case Management preferred
• Active RN license in good standing in your state
• Minimum 1-3 years clinical experience
• Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time
• Must meet specific requirements for medical case management services

Responsibilities

• Provide medical case management services in accordance with standards
• Evaluate medical status, identify needs, and facilitate RTW
• Coordinate with claims adjusters, providers, and employers
• Conduct site evaluations and reviews
• Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with all parties
• Travel as required to various locations
• Meet productivity and QA standards
