Job summary

Crawco is seeking a dedicated RN Case Manager for the Colorado Springs, CO region. This remote position includes local field travel and a competitive salary with quarterly bonus opportunities.

The role focuses on cost-effective medical case management in line with URAC, CMSA, and Broadspire QA guidelines, supporting Workers’ Comp, health, liability, disability, and care management programs. Ideal candidates hold an RN degree; national certification (CCM/CRC/COHN/CRRN) is preferred and workers’

Qualifications

• Provide effective case management services in a cost-efficient manner following URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines.
• Support patients/employees receiving benefits under Workers' Comp, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
• Remote position with local field travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with insurers and care teams to coordinate benefits and services.
