Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English with precise explanations.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex medical and biostatistical charts, including axes, legends, units, scales, confidence intervals, p-values, and other annotations.
• Draft objective, multi-step questions that require graphical interpretation, comparisons, calculations, trend analysis, and data interpolation.
• Produce clear answers and explanations that identify calculations, statistical inferences, and relevant clinical judgment.
• Create verifiable reasoning assignments that support model training and evaluation use cases.
• Use precise medical and biostatistical terminology and avoid subjective or ambiguous wording.
• Collaborate reliably through written and verbal communication while incorporating feedback and maintaining consistent quality.

Required skills

• Advanced understanding of medical chart elements, including scales, confidence intervals, statistical annotations, and common clinical research plots.
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to explain analytical processes clearly and precisely.
• Ability to construct benchmark questions, analytical tasks, or structured reasoning assignments without introducing ambiguity.

Helpful background

Experience with technical documentation, scientific publishing, assessment development, structured data annotation, clinical research reporting, or AI-focused evaluation projects is useful. Familiar with producing benchmark questions or technical reports for research contexts is also relevant.

Compensation

This contractor opportunity advertises an hourly rate of $25 to $50.
