Medical Billing - Workforce Development Instructor (Pooled Position)
Instruct students in the Medical Billing certificate program.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a health care related discipline required. Over three years of experience in the medical field and formal training from an accredited institution. Certified Professional Biller or Certified Billing Associate certification required.
Certified Professional Biller (CPB) required. Demonstrated knowledge of the discipline, including current developments and technologies in the related field of specialization. Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to use technology in education as appropriate to the subject matter. Three or more years of professional work experience in the subject area. At least one year of classroom teaching experience with non‑traditional adult students preferred.
Class schedules may include day, evening, or weekend schedules. Please specify availability.
