Job summary

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients.
• Research and obtain accurate benefit information from payers and clinics.
• Complete benefit verifications and update billing systems.
• Work denied claims, identify denial reasons, and follow up with correct actions.
• Process and track appeals with required documentation.
