Preston Hollow Psychiatry Group in Dallas is seeking a Medical Billing Specialist to manage all aspects of patient billing and insurance claims processing. Responsibilities include charge entry into Practice Suite, oversight of billing records, and ensuring accuracy across systems.

The ideal candidate will display strong communication skills and a robust understanding of billing workflows along with the ability to independently manage sensitive financial data. Experience with Practice Fusion and Practice Suite is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven accuracy in data entry and charge processing.
• Strong understanding of insurance and billing workflows.
• Experience in managing accounts receivable follow-up.

Responsabilités

• Input charges into Practice Suite and maintain patient ledgers.
• Review Aging Reports for outstanding patient balances.
• Field inbound patient calls regarding outstanding balances.

Connaissances

Accuracy in data entry and charge processing

Strong understanding of insurance and billing workflows

Experience reading aging reports and managing AR follow‑up

Professional communication skills with patients and insurance carriers

Ability to work independently and manage sensitive financial data

Familiarity with both Practice Fusion and Practice Suite systems
