Responsibilities

• Submit and process medical claims to insurance companies.
• Review and correct billing errors prior to claim submission.
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
• Analyze Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and denial reasons.
• Post payments and reconcile accounts.
