Trinity Employment Specialists in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our clients' teams. This role handles medical billing, insurance follow-up, collections, and reimbursement to ensure accurate payments and compliant processes.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year experience, knowledge of CPT/ICD-10, and proficiency with EMR/EHR and Microsoft Office. This is an in-person, full-time opportunity with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year medical billing or revenue cycle experience.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS preferred.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit and follow up on medical claims with payers.
• Investigate denied or underpaid claims and resolve issues.
• Manage accounts receivable and insurance follow-up.
• Verify eligibility, demographics, and authorization information.
• Post payments and adjustments; maintain accurate records.
