QualDerm Partners invites applications for a Payment Posting role focused on posting payments and adjustments for patient accounts. You will work with physicians and staff to ensure timely posting, resolve payer questions, and support revenue cycle operations.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in medical payment posting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to read Explanation of Benefits while maintaining professional communication with patients and insurers.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of Payment Posting experience in a medical setting.
• Ability to read and understand Explanation of Benefits.
• Knowledge of third-party billing and collection requirements (Medicare/Medicaid/Managed care).
• Must have general knowledge in posting recoupments and reversals.
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets.

Aufgaben

• Post payments and adjustments at patient account level accurately.
• Contact patients, insurers or third-party admins for information to post payments.
• Communicate payment issues proactively to management.
• Research and resolve insurance overpayments and credits.
• Handle refund requests and monthly close functions.
